Pushpa 2 The Rule Box Office Collection Day 14: Sukumar’s Pushpa 2: The Rule completed its two weeks at the box office this Wednesday. According to Sacnilk.com, the film starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in the lead roles has grossed over ₹973 crore in India. As per website reports, Pushpa 2: The Rule grossed around ₹18.83 crore in India on its second Wednesday, taking the total collection of the film to around ₹973.2 crore so far. The movie, which earned ₹725.8 crore during its opening week, experienced a sharp rise in revenue during its second week. On its second Friday, it brought in ₹36.4 crore, followed by weekend earnings of ₹63.3 crore on Saturday and ₹76.6 crore on Sunday. During the week, Pushpa 2: The Rule grossed ₹26.95 crore and ₹23.35 crore on its second Monday and Tuesday.
Allu Arjun’s arrest and release on bail
A woman died and her young son was hospitalised in a critical condition after a stampede-like situation arose at the Sandhya theatre in Hyderabad on December 4, as Arjun went for the premiere of Pushpa 2: The Rule. On December 13, he was arrested by the Telangana police for allegedly not informing them about his visit. He was released on interim bail by the Telangana High Court on December 14. The theatre management has also been arrested in the case and a show-cause notice has been sent to them.
Allu Arvind visits victim in hospital
Arjun’s father, producer Allu Arvind on Wednesday visited the young boy who is on life support system at a hospital in Hyderabad.
I recently visited Mr. Tej in the ICU and spoke with the doctors overseeing his care. Over the past 10 days, the boy has been making slow progress, but his recovery might require additional time. We are ready to do everything possible to help him recover, he said in a video released to the press. Arjun has been asked by his legal team not to meet the family right now.
