Sikandar’s release date: Here’s when the film starring Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna will visit theaters.

Salman Khan has confirmed the release date for his action drama Sikandar. Rashmika Mandanna also stars in the flick. Salman published the update on Instagram.

Sikandar is due to enter theatres on March 30. Salman shared a poster of Sikandar and said, “See you in theaters worldwide on March 30th!” Sajid Nadiadwala’s #Sikandar Director: @a.r.murugadoss.” The release of Sikandar coincides with holidays such as Gudi Padwa and Ugadi, which celebrate the start of a new year in Maharashtra and South India.

Regarding Sikandar’s runtime
AR Murugadoss, who is known for his Tamil and Hindi blockbusters Ghajini and Thuppakki, directs the film. AR Murugadoss talked to Pinkvilla about the film’s duration. “The first half of Sikandar lasts around 1 hour and 15 minutes, followed by 1 hour and 5 minutes. The whole run time is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes,” stated Murugadoss.

The movie stars Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, Prateik Babbar, Anjini Dhawan, and Jatin Sarna in key roles. Sikandar’s last schedule took place in Mumbai. The movie was filmed over a span of 90 days across multiple locations, including Mumbai and Hyderabad. The project, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, marks Salman’s comeback with him following their 2014 hit Kick.

Salman unveiled a captivating teaser for his action-packed movie just last month. The one-minute and 21-second trailer introduced Salman’s character, Sanjay, who is affectionately known as Sikandar by his grandma. The preview featured Salman in his full, massy avatar, complete with high-octane action sequences and pithy speech.

Salman was last seen in the 2023 film Tiger 3 with Katrina Kaif. Maneesh Sharma’s action thriller flick also stars Emraan Hashmi. He also appeared in Kalees’ film Baby John as a cameo. The cast includes Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Zara Zyanna, and Jackie Shroff.
