Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Kapoor have rented their Mumbai luxury property for ₹75,000 per month, according to records seen by Square Yards. The rent for the first year is ₹75,000, but will climb to ₹78,750 the next year.
The unit is in Cozy Apartments, a Cozy Group development in Versova, according to the leave and license document, which was registered on January 15.
According to the IGR registration records examined by Square Yards, the residential space is 1,400 square feet. The transaction required a stamp duty payment of ₹4,725 and registration fees of ₹1,000.
Sudarshanwar Vishal and Sudarshanwar Elsa Nilaj rented the apartment and paid a ₹2.25 lakh security deposit.

The deal, registered in November 2024, is for 60 months (5 years) with an initial security deposit of ₹1.23 crore.
