The film, set on a pan-India scale, starring Mohanlal. Salman Khan’s Sikandar, which reintroduces the superstar in a mass-action persona, will follow closely behind. At a recent Empuraan promotional event, the film’s director, Prithviraj Sukumaran, addressed the alleged rivalry between the two films.
