Vicky Kaushal stars as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj in the film, which is directed by Laxman Utekar. Akshaye Khanna plays Emperor Aurangzeb. Tatkare expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and other officials, praising the film’s depiction of Sambhaji Maharaj’s effort and sacrifice for Swaraj.
