‘Hardcore cheater’: PM Modi criticizes Delhi government, claims it’s a ‘Disaster’ over the city.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is delivering a speech to the public at Ramlila Ground in Ashok Vihar.

Ahead of the 2025 Delhi assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a harsh attack on the Aam Aadmi Party on Friday, claiming that the national capital has been surrounded by a disaster for the past decade.

The prime minister, in a subtle jab at AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, alleged that some hardcore dishonest individuals used Anna Hazare as a front to lead the national capital into a state of calamity.

These folks used to brag about Delhi’s development…Ye AAP, ye calamity, has come to Delhi” and so the people of Delhi began a battle against calamity. “Voters in Delhi have made up their minds to free Delhi from this calamity,” the Prime Minister remarked at an event at Ashok Vihar’s Ramlila Ground.

Criticizing the pyrotechnic lead Delhi government, he alleged that the administration indulges in corruption and later glorifies its actions. “Stealing first and then boasting about it… this is what AAP has brought to Delhi,” he remarked.

PM Modi highlighted how he gave dwellings and fulfilled the desires of four crore people while never building a house for himself.

The nation knows well that Modi has never constructed a house for himself, yet he has facilitated the building of over 4 crore homes for the underprivileged, even though he had the means to create a grand mansion for his own use.

He urged those in attendance to pass on a message to the slum residents, reassuring them that ‘they will undoubtedly receive permanent homes, if not today, then in the near future.

He criticized the AAP’s “shamelessness” over the current status of the Yamuna. The Prime Minister questioned, “What sort of disaster is this? They claim that cleaning the Yamuna won’t fetch them votes. Does that mean you’ll abandon the Yamuna just because it doesn’t win you votes?”

He went on to remark that this ‘catastrophe’ had handed over the lives of Delhi residents to the “tanker mafia“.

The prime minister announced that his government has reached a “in-principle agreement” on the several proposals offered by Delhi legislators to help alleviate the city’s traffic congestion.

The year 2025 is set to usher in a fresh chapter of exceptional governance in the nation’s capital. This year will witness the emergence of a new era focused on public and national welfare. As a result, the call is clear “Remove the calamity and bring in the BJP “.Modi stated while campaigning for the saffron party ahead of the Delhi assembly elections.

PM Modi underlined the importance of cities and their development, arguing that they are crucial to realizing the goals of a Viksit Bharat.

Our cities make enormous contributions to India’s development. People from all over the world come here with big dreams and work hard to make them a reality. As a result, the BJP-led administration at the Centre is trying to improve the quality of life for all urban households,  he said.

He emphasized that 2025 will be the year to elevate India’s global stature, transforming it into one of the world’s greatest manufacturing hubs.

Earlier in the day, PM Modi dedicated 1,675 newly constructed flats for JJ cluster slum residents and handed over house keys to eligible recipients at Ashok Vihar’s Swabhiman Apartments.
