Esha Deol spoke up about previous rumours linking her to Ajay Devgn and discussed their relationship.
Esha Deol, daughter of renowned actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini, who began her career in 2002, is scheduled to return to the big screen after 14 years. In an interview with The Quint, the actor recounted being linked to many of her co-stars, including Ajay Devgn, in her early career and disclosed the source of the rumors.

When questioned about the strangest allegation she had heard about herself during the early stages of her career, Esha replied, “I was linked to a lot of my co-stars back then. Some may be correct, but many were not. They even tried to set me up with Ajay Devgn. I have a very wonderful and unique bond with Ajay. It’s full of mutual respect, love, and adoration. That was bizarre.”
She went on to explain the cause for the rumors, saying, “There were a lot of stories made up. Perhaps because we were making a lot of films together at the time.”
Ajay and Esha collaborated on several films, including Yuva, Main Aisa Hi Hoon, Kaal, Insan, and Cash. In 2022, the duo reunited for the web series Rudra: The Edge of Darkness. The psychological crime thriller, starring Rashii Khanna, Atul Kulkarni, and Ashish Vidyarthi, is now streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.

The actor is also working on Son of Sardaar 2, which stars Sanjay Dutt and Mrunal Thakur, as well as De De Pyaar De 2, which stars R Madhavan and Rakup Preet Singh.
