The film Sikandar, starring Salman Khan, will be released in theatres on March 28. AR Murugadoss, the director, revealed up about working with security on site.

Salman Khan’s Next Release Sikandar is one of the most highly anticipated films of the year. In a new interview, director AR Murugadoss discussed the film’s arduous shooting process, which included a lot of ‘high security’. Sajid Nadiadwala produced Sikandar.
What Murugadoss said:
Murugadoss opened up about his experience working with Salman, saying, “Salman sir is absolutely different. Sikandar was a large production, with moments involving 10,000 to 20,000 people on set. Managing such big groups necessitated tight security and meticulous organization. Our routine was quite hard, and it grew much more frenetic with the threat.”
Our biological cycle went on toss.
He went on to say, “After that, security was tightened, and checking all of the extras on set would take 2-3 hours per day.” Their entries and exits took up most of our days, and we would frequently start the shoot late and finish late in the wee hours of the morning. Our biological cycle was in disarray. But once we adapted, it became a habit, and the set had a very good vibe.”
Salman has suffered many threats, forcing increased security surrounding him. Last year, on November 5, the Mumbai Police got a threat message on Salman Khan reportedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The threat mail offered the actor two options: apologize or pay ₹5 crore to keep alive.
AR Murugadoss is best known for directing Tamil and Hindi films, including Ghajini, Thuppakki, Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty, and Sarkar. The movie stars Kajal Aggarwal and Rashmika Mandanna as well. The plot of the movie continues to be shrouded in secrecy. Sajid Nadiadwala’s production house, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, is behind the making of the film.
