Kriti Sanon’s morning skincare routine is the key to her glowing, moisturized, and moisturised skin. In a new clip, the celebrity shared the details of her uncomplicated morning ritual. Her 7-step technique, which includes ice-dunking and a purifying mask, as well as foregoing moisturizer and utilizing sunscreen, is extremely unusual.
She stated in the video, “My morning skincare is very, very easy, and I don’t take too long [with it]. I don’t use a mask every day, but on exceptional occasions when I want to detoxify my skin, I do,” Kriti explained. Take a look at her daily schedule.
Step 1:- Ice dipping.
Kriti Sanon starts her day by drinking lukewarm lemon water. The actress begins her daily skincare routine by cleansing her face with fresh hands. The first step is ice dipping. She described ice as an underappreciated skincare product since it reduces inflammation in the skin, removes oil and grime from the pores, and helps her wake up.
Step 2:- Detoxifying mask.
When the star has a shoot in the morning, she uses purifying treatments on her skin. When she is approaching her period, she applies a moisturizing mask.
Step 3:- Undereye patch.
She follows the second procedure by applying an undereye patch. Kriti applies a green tea and caffeine undereye mask. She applies the patch directly on top of her mask and leaves it on her skin for 15 minutes.
Step 4:- Homemade toner
After removing the patches and mask with a clean, soft cloth and lukewarm water, Kriti sprays a homemade glycerine and rose water toner over her face to keep it wet. She explained to me that glycerin is often overlooked, but it’s a valuable product that not only moisturizes and hydrates the skin but also helps retain that moisture, while offering antiseptic and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Step 5:- Serum
Following the toner, she applies a serum containing hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, alpha arbutin for uneven and pigmented skin, kakaru plum extract for vitamin C, and aloe vera extract to hydrate her skin.
Step 6:- Sunscreen
Kriti explained that she dislikes using a moisturizer followed by sunscreen, thus she prefers a sunscreen that both moisturizes and protects her skin from UV damage. “When it comes to sunscreen, more is better, so don’t be afraid to cover your entire face, neck, and eyelids. Skin damage causes 80 to 90 percent of premature aging, so wear sunscreen whether you’re inside or outside,” she advised.
Step 7:- Lip balm
The star finishes her daily ritual with a moisturizing and glossy lip balm. She confessed to taking it along with her wherever she travels.
