Saif Ali Khan bought his luxury apartment in Satguru Sharan, a luxury project in Bandra West, for ₹20 crore around 10 years ago, according to sources. Reports suggest that the actor was reportedly assaulted by an intruder at his home in Mumbai early Thursday morning.
According to market sources, Saif Ali Khan bought the residence in a 12-story building called Satguru Sharan from Satguru Builders, a real estate developer, roughly ten years ago.
Market insiders reveal that the estate spans around 10,000 square feet, featuring five bedrooms, a gym, a music room, and six balconies overlooking the terrace.
Sources further indicate that the Bollywood celebrity’s residence also showcases a private patio and a pool, which underwent a four-year-long renovation.

Local brokers estimate that the building’s per sq ft price ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹55,000, whereas Saif Ali Khan’s flat costs roughly ₹70,000 per sq ft.
Before relocating into the condo, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena shared an apartment building in the same neighborhood called Fortune Heights. According to sources, the couple purchased a four-story home with 3BHK units for ₹48 crores in 2013. The flat was up to 3,000 square feet.
Saif Ali Khan was born into the Pataudi dynasty, the son of actress Sharmila Tagore and cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan. His ancestral home is known as the Pataudi Palace. It is located on more than 10 acres in Gurgaon and contains 150 rooms. The value of the ancestral property is believed to exceed ₹800 crore.
